- Speaker malfunctions
- Touch functionality issues (for touch model)
- Power delivery problems
- Physical damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from misuse or improper handling
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

How long does warranty processing take?
Most claims are reviewed within 24-48 hours. If approved, replacements or refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Do I need to ship the product back?
In most cases, photos and videos are sufficient for us to assess the issue. If we need to inspect the product, we'll provide prepaid return shipping.
What if my issue isn't covered?
Even if your issue isn't technically covered, contact us anyway. We evaluate each case individually and prioritize customer satisfaction.
