We ship worldwide! Free standard shipping is included with every order, no minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Returns & Refunds

How to Request a Return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your monitor arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
